Our story

In 2014 a finance manager names Kalib Loy had the idea to create a process for mortgage loans that allowed accurate, precise and offered the best rates possible. It just so happened that most consumers didn’t feel confident that the finance establishment they were working with was the absolute best option that fit their needs. Not to mention each time a new bank requires to pull credit to accurately state an interest rate.

Kalib knew there had to be a better process for both parties that offered a quick and easy solution to cross shop all lenders, finding the best rate and using the pulled credit one time. Well, there wasn’t. So Kalib and his team of expert analysts and business professionals created Mortgage ADV. An online website designed to provide knowledgeable information and introduce the consumer to a licensed mortgage advisor at no cost.

And that’s when he collaborated with the nations leading experts in customer service and lending markets. Kalib along with several other industry influencers founded Mortgage ADV and was launched in multiple facets nationally in 2017.

Creating Mortage ADV provides a winning solution for consumers and lending establishments. “Once the site was launched we were able to provide great information to great people looking for a great deal,” Kalib says. “Lending establishments will be better equipt to focus on the right audience providing higher Approval in contracts.”

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)


As the federal government’s amended TCPA regulations impact the way our industry communicates and contacts customers, we wanted to make sure you are aware of how the revisions affect our business and client roster.  Mortgage ADV represents and warrants compliance to the authorities and our clients against any violations.

We require the following when communicating and contacting customers:

  1. We require prior express written consent for all calls to any type of residential lines and wireless numbers.
  2. We eliminate the established business relationship exception to the consent requirement for any communication.
  3. We require all agents, advisors and including automated processes that include an interactive opt-out mechanism for all types telemarketing calls or emails at any time.
  4. We require a double opted-in customer before communicating via email or telephone upon request.
